Math should be fun, right?
That's why I decided to use stickers to do some addition exercises with Ania.
Exercise 1:
I prepared a worksheet with simple addition problems (up to 10).
Ania was supposed to place the correct number of stickers underneath and count all of them to find out the total.
At the end Ania wrote the sum in the red square.
Exercise 2:
In the next exercise I placed the stickers and Ania was supposed to count them and write the addition problem in the squares provided:
Through these two exercises I wanted to introduce Ania to the mathematical notation of addition - the plus and the equal signs.
Ania enjoyed the exercises a lot.
