Babel School in Taiwan

Wiele lat temu, gdy Zosia miała mniej lat niż Ania teraz, kupiłam wspaniałe materiały edukacyjne  z serii Take it to Your Seat . Większość z nich można było dostosować do montessoriańskiej metody nauczania domowego. Materiały te przydały się Zosi i Jasiowi, a teraz również Ani. Many years ago, when Zosia was younger than Ania is now, I bought great  educational materials from the series Take it to Your Seat . Most of the materials can be easily adapted to the Montessori method homeschooling. The materials were very useful when I was teaching Zosia and later Jaś, and now Ania is using them. What do I miss from Poland when I am in Taiwan (beside my Mom and friends, of course)? The FORESTS! Polish forests are so beautiful that it's hard not to miss them. Before my parents moved with 5-year-old me to Warsaw, we used to live right next to a forest. Now again my Mom is living next to a big forest, one that is actually within the Warsaw city boundaries. On the second day of our stay in Poland we went to the educational and recreational part of the forest. Ania could learn about the plants and animals living in the Polish forests. There were special exhibits, educational boards and other interesting hands-on things to touch. Just see for yourself: Located in the building below is the Center for Nature and Forest Education.
