Two years ago a first Moomin Cafe opened in Taipei. Immediately it became very popular with both families and young people. Everybody wanted to take a photo with the huge Moomin character or just sit next to one. There are already a few Moomin Cafes in Japan and that is where this one came from 😃 Few days ago it was mine and Ania's first time to visit this theme restaurant. Our friends joined us for Ania's early birthday celebration. When we arrived at the Cafe (after searching for parking space for over 20 minutes) Ania was sooo happy that she couldn't stop smiling. Moomins are her favorite book characters and she was really looking forward to visiting the restaurant. See for yourselves how happy Ania was: You can choose set meals (main dish plus salad, soup and drink) with pasta or rice, as well as pancakes and desserts. Things we ordered were very tasty.
